1. Who we are

Lorixen is an independent HVAC website studio operating from Dallas, Texas, United States. We design and ship homepages for small US HVAC contractors. In this policy, "Lorixen", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the studio.

2. What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us. There are no signup forms or accounts on this site.

• When you email us (for example, to request a free homepage redesign concept), we receive your email address, your name if you include it, the URL of your current website, and any context you share in the message.
• Basic technical data from your visit — browser type, device, approximate region, pages viewed — collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and uptime. This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
• No cookies are set by Lorixen for tracking or advertising. Vercel may set strictly-necessary cookies for security and basic analytics; these do not personally identify you.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your message and, if you asked for one, prepare and send back a homepage redesign concept within 24 hours.
• To follow up once or twice if you asked us to. We do not run drip campaigns.
• To keep a small private record of past conversations so we don't ask you the same questions twice.

We never use your information to train AI models, send unsolicited marketing, or target ads.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties. We share data only with the limited set of providers we use to run the studio:

• Vercel — hosting and basic security analytics.
• An email provider — to receive and reply to messages sent to hello@lorixen.com.

Each provider processes data only on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

5. Retention

We keep email correspondence for as long as it is reasonably useful for the relationship — typically 24 months after the last contact, or longer if you remain an active client. You can ask us to delete your record at any time and we will do so within 30 days, unless we are legally required to keep it.

6. Your rights

Wherever you are based, you can ask us to:

• Confirm what information we hold about you.
• Send you a copy of that information.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your record entirely.
• Stop using your information for any purpose you originally consented to.

Email hello@lorixen.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Lorixen's services are intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes that affect existing contacts will also be communicated by email.
